I don't think this is very realistic. They've been through Kat cheating before and I don't think she'd do it again. I know Alfie cheated on her with Little Mo but five years later I don't think she'd go down the revenge route, especially considering they've never slept together. After he struggled to forgive her before one would think that she'd know she'd lose him if she cheated.
