In some ways a real car is actually easier than the dogems. They should have a separate reverse gear on them. I usually end up somehow oversteering them and ending up reversing straight into the wall My dad goes the wrong way and hits people head on. He actually got chucked off for going the wrong way once I hate going on them when he's on there.

I failed today On left reverse which I did perfectly 10 minutes before my test My instructor was so sure I was going to pass she didn't even bring her diary
