I think both but more AD. A rise in AD will affect AS Draw some AD/AS diagrams to help explain what you mean.
You could mention that a decrease in tax and an increase in govt. spending would mean a change in fiscal policy (it would be an expansionary fiscal policy)

Exchange rates aren't controlled or set by the government directly, govt. uses interest rates to influence inflation which will in turn affect exchange rates but the UK is on a freely floating exchange rate (not sure you've learnt about that yet)...

Economics in general is the entire financial system of a particular country

You've heard about the economic crisis right? How banks are being taken over by the state and lots of businesses have had to sell because they've gone bankrupt? That's all to do with economics

Increasing money supply is monetary policy (though increasing or decreasing the money supply isn't generally used as a policy anymore..., but interest rates also count as monetary policy and they are reviewed every month). Fiscal policy is taxation and government spending
