EastEnders fans don't need to panic - soap bosses promise the current strike by studio staff is all under control.
More than 20 staff who work on the soap walked out today amid anger about being moved from Television Centre in west London to Elstree Studios in Hertfordshire.
But life in Albert Square is carrying on as normal. The Mitchells will be making trouble, Ian Beale will be trying to make money and Dot Cotton will be having a fag.
An EastEnders spokeswoman said: "Contingency plans have been put in place to ensure that despite the action, recording will continue and EastEnders production will not be affected."
Three more strikes are planned between now and September 1.
Peggy would have known exactly what to do.
